We address a person’s thoughts, beliefs, fears, emotions, their addictions, physical symptoms including pain, their behaviors and decision making, and their relationships to self and others.

We assist our clients to achieve their goals through counseling, coaching and alternative mind and body strategies offering services to individuals, couples, families and groups.

We believe in synchronicity from the old saying, “when the student is ready, the teacher appears”. When a person is ready to address a life challenge or has felt stuck or blocked from finding happiness, they are frequently drawn to someone who has the experience and compassion to assist them in making changes.

In truth, no matter how challenged we have been in our past, we have the ability to see our lives in a new more meaningful way, to heal old hurts and make changes which bring us peace and contentment.
